Single Platform Metal Sheets Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Lightweight Design
The aviation aluminum beam reduces overall machine weight by over 30%, improving structural stability and responsiveness.
Higher Cutting Speed and Acceleration
Lower inertia allows faster movement speeds (up to 120-150 m/min) and quicker response times, significantly boosting production efficiency.
Superior Cutting Precision
High rigidity and excellent vibration resistance ensure beam stability during high-speed operations, maintaining precise cutting paths.
Heavy-duty Welded Hollow Bed Design
1.The hollow structure helps to evenly dissipate heat, reducing thermal deformation caused by temperature changes, ensuring accuracy and stability during long-term operation.
2. The hollow bed design typically uses thick steel plate welding, providing extremely high rigidity and stability, effectively preventing precision loss due to vibration or deformation during cutting.
3. The hollow structure is typically designed with good internal channels, making it easy to clean smoke and debris produced during cutting, reducing wear on the equipment.
Lower shipping cost per unit - greatly improving price competitiveness.
Faster delivery - efficient handling of bulk orders.
Simplified customs clearance - all machines can be cleared together.
Reduced packaging and handling costs - optimized container usage.
Delivery and Installation
The equipment will be delivered to the designated installation site at the customer's facility. FINCM will dispatch specialized engineers to carry out the installation on-site.
Commissioning and Debugging
Upon completion of the installation, comprehensive commissioning and debugging will be conducted to ensure the equipment operates properly and fully meets the customer's functional requirements.
On-Site Training
FINCM's engineers will provide on-site training at the customer's facility. The training will cover equipment maintenance, safety precautions, standard operating procedures, and basic troubleshooting techniques to ensure the customer's team can operate and maintain the equipment effectively.
Final On-Site Acceptance
After completing all of the above steps, final on-site acceptance shall be conducted by the customer. The assigned engineer may only leave the site once acceptance is formally confirmed.
1. What materials can a fiber laser cutting machine process?
Fiber lasers are ideal for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and other non-ferrous metals with high efficiency and precision.
2. What thicknesses can a fiber laser cutter handle?
Depending on the laser power, fiber laser machines can cut thin sheets as well as thick plates - for example, a 6kW machine can typically cut up to 25mm carbon steel and 20mm stainless steel.
3. What is the difference between fiber laser and CO2 laser cutting?
Fiber lasers offer faster cutting speeds, lower maintenance, better energy efficiency, and superior performance especially on reflective materials compared to CO2 lasers.
4. How do I choose the right laser power for my application?
It depends on the material type, thickness, and production needs. Higher power allows for thicker material cutting and faster processing, while lower power is cost-effective for thin materials.
5. What are the basic maintenance requirements?
Routine maintenance includes lens cleaning, checking the cutting head and fiber, regular lubrication of mechanical parts, and ensuring proper cooling system function to maintain stable performance.
