Automatic Loading and Unloading

1.The front chuck features a movable design, reducing the length of the tail material to as short as 30mm. This increases efficiency and reduces material costs.

2. The equipment is equipped with an automatic loading device, suitable for automatic loading of round, square, and other types of tubes. It supports a maximum tube diameter of φ120mm (outer circle) and a maximum diagonal of 120mm

 

Extraction and Dust Removal System

By using a fan to send air pressure into the tube, combined with an extraction system at the cutting position, the process creates a push-and-pull effect. This effectively purifies smoke, dust, and slag generated during cutting.
